How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number by email. Your order can be tracked on the Royal Mail Website here www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

 

What are your delivery options?
 
JOH Creates is based in the United Kingdom
so our choice of shipping is with Royal Mail Signed For Service for all destinations unless it is a
particularly large size package,
under these circumstances we may
choose a different courier.
The delivery cost per item is stated on the item
page and in the case of multiple item purchases the delivery cost will be automatically calculated
and added to your shopping cart for you
to see prior to check out.

Returns Policy
 

Thanks for purchasing from JOH Cerates

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non returnable (your statutory right are not affected)

After we receive your item it will be inspected and we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
